Face-to-face is where you actually learn
Two sessions a month with Jazz in person is enough to learn correct form, get real-time feedback, and build the kind of confidence you can't get from a video. It's the difference between knowing what a squat should feel like and actually feeling it. Once you've got that, the independent training sticks.
The app keeps you moving on every other day
Between face-to-face sessions, Jazz's coaching app sends your programme, tracks your progress, and lets her check in on how training's going. You're not left guessing what to do next - the whole week is planned and she can see whether you've done it.
It's more affordable than full in-person coaching
Full-time in-person coaching at £65 per session, 3 sessions a week, would run to over £800/month. Hybrid gives you the accountability, the structure, and the personal relationship at £300/month. That's why most clients choose it over either extreme.
