Muscle mass declines from your mid-30s onwards if you don't actively work to maintain it. The good news: resistance training reverses a lot of that. Jazz's programmes are built around strength as the foundation - because it protects your joints, your bones, your metabolism, and your confidence.
Recovery and nutrition need adjusting
You may need more rest days than you used to. Your protein needs are higher. Sleep quality affects your training more than it did before. Jazz builds all of this into your programme rather than expecting you to recover the same way you did a decade ago.

Perimenopause, menopause, thyroid issues, medication side effects - Jazz factors these in. Your training intensity, volume, and recovery are all calibrated to what your body can actually handle and benefit from.
Ongoing support between sessions
Via the coaching app, Jazz tracks your progress, sends check-ins, and adjusts your programme as you get stronger. You're not left to figure out what comes next on your own.
