Bone density and muscle loss - both addressed
From perimenopause onwards, oestrogen drops and bone density with it. Resistance training is one of the few things proven to slow that down. Jazz builds programmes that protect bone density while building functional strength - not just aesthetic goals.
Recovery, sleep and energy all factor in
If you've had three bad nights' sleep, your training adjusts. If you're dealing with joint pain or hot flushes, your sessions adapt. Jazz asks the questions most PTs skip, and she changes the plan accordingly rather than just pushing you to keep up with a fixed programme.
Progress is still absolutely possible

Jazz factors in where you are in perimenopause or menopause - early, mid, or post. Your training load, recovery time, and nutrition guidance are all adjusted accordingly. Not a generic "women over 40" plan.
Weekly check-ins that go beyond the gym
Jazz checks in on sleep, energy, and how you're generally feeling - not just how many reps you hit. If something is off, the plan changes before you have to push through something that isn't working.
In-person, online, or hybrid - your choice
Face-to-face at BodyFactory in Chingford or Harlow, online from anywhere in the UK, or a mix of both. You train where it makes sense for your life and your week.
