From Burnout to Strength: How Jazz Understands Your Journey
At 34, I hit complete burnout after 14 years as a school teacher. Exhausted, lacking confidence, and unsure where to turn, I discovered that transformation is possible, even with a demanding schedule. I've been where you are, and I've found a path forward.
